In this course, students are expected to achieve three goals. First, they will develop a solid understanding of basic financial principles, as well as the ability to manage finances wisely. Second, students will gain enough familiarity with markets, banking, and investment activities to make sense of the market and financial news. Finally, the students will explore policies and initiatives to help lower income individual and families build wealth, including the financing of entrepreneurial activities.
