This course concerns real estate development examined from both the entrepreneurial and public perspectives. The emphasis will be on risk management and the inherent uncertainties of development. The four dimensions of real estate are addressed: legal/institutional, physical, financial and economic/market. This course meets the undergraduate experiential education (EE) requirement.
