Heartfulness Meditation Session

An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 16, 2018
Sessions begin with a guided relaxation portion (2-3 mins), followed by a 20-30 minute meditation session.
Hearfulness Meditation is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s resources and create contemplative space for ourselves in the midst of our busy daily lives. It helps us still ourselves and get in touch with the quietness of our deepest inner selves that guide and anchor us. The heartfulness technique allows us to gently turn our attention towards the heart and experience that inner presence for ourselves. It calms our being and uplifts the heart.
