Description
The City’s Housing Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing loan management and management of City and federal housing loans programs. The position is supervisory and manages the work plans for unit staff.
In this role, you will manage the City’s affordable housing programs, including the second mortgage program for first-time homebuyers, the loan programs for rehabilitation of property for elderly and disabled homeowners, and the Joint Venture Rental Development program for the construction or rehabilitation of multifamily units using Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Additionally, you will allocate HOME, CDBG and local funds to programs, manage funding source compliance, and oversee the City’s loan portfolio and the City’s third-party loan servicing contract.
