The pro forma is the key tool for decision and feasibility analysis for real estate development projects. Join David Hartzell, Steven D. Bell and Leonard W. Wood Distinguished Professor in Real Estate, and Dan Levine, Director of Business Development and Project Management at Self-Help Credit Union, to learn more about what developers consider before taking on new affordable housing projects. The session will cover the general theory, concepts and key variables involved in laying out a pro forma report for an affordable project, and participants will wrestle with the specific challenges facing developers attempting to create affordable community in today’s real estate environment.
