Tour of Downtown Durham with Downtown Durham, Inc.

We will start closer to the core of the City and check out different businesses/communities along the way. The major highlights will be:
- General housing in the area/rising concerns of gentrification
- Upcoming real estate changes
- The new Police and Social Services headquarters
- Benefits of buildings/areas such as DPAC
- Brightleaf/changes to the scenery of Durham after the gas explosion
