Description
The Town of Lake Lure is seeking qualified applicants for a Community Development Director. This position is responsible for providing technical, management and professional oversight for the Community Development Department working under the direct supervision of the Town Manager. In addition to supervising the Development and Environmental Review Specialist, essential functions include reviewing, planning, zoning and development proposals; and coordinating the review with other town staff, various Boards, Commissions and Town Council.
