Planning Technician

The Town of Morrisville has an opening for a Planning Technician to replace a recent retirement. This is a great opportunity in an exciting and rapidly growing area of North Carolina. Morrisville is strategically located in the heart of the research triangle between Raleigh and Durham. This position is both technical and administrative. The duties include serving as secretary to the Planning and Zoning Board, reviewing residential plot plans and final surveys, reviewing special event permits, and processing development applications via the Town’s Energov plan review software.
