Program Director – Salt Marshes

The North Carolina Coastal Federation seeks a Program Director for Salt Marshes in our Headquarters office located in Ocean, NC.

The Federation is a member-supported, nonprofit organization established in 1982 that protects and restores the water quality and critical habitats of the North Carolina coast. During the last 40 years, the Federation has engaged people from all walks of life to preserve the coast for current and future generations.

The Program Director for Salt Marshes is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, management, and overall success of this area of program work. This position involves shaping the vision for the program, leading a team of professionals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance the program’s mission and objectives.
