Description
Gwinnett County, Georgia is a large, urbanizing county near Atlanta serving over 700,000 residents in the unincorporated areas alone. The County just launched a Comprehensive Plan update to provide for mixed-use walkable development and a diversity of housing types. Project completion is expected in February 2024.
