Structured Finance Sector Leader

The Structured Finance, Sector Leader will be responsible for creating and managing a commercial pipeline for various government programs that Self-Help accesses, allowing Self-Help to meet program commitments, achieve mission outcomes, and deploy resources efficiently. The Structured Finance, Sector Leader will primarily focus on leading Self-Help’s New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) and Bond Guarantee Program (BGP) lending efforts. Self-Help’s NMTC program is currently focused on supporting public charter schools and federally qualified healthcare clinics offering essential services in communities that are otherwise underserved. BGP has a broader focus including public charter schools, healthcare, other nonprofits, rental housing and commercial real estate.
