Transportation Planner

This position will lead and support projects focused on sustainable transportation, transportation planning, and operations, travel demand management, and technology planning, development, and deployment. ICF’s transportation projects support local transportation agencies, MPOs, state DOTs, and multiple federal transportation agencies. Transportation Planners work on multiple projects concurrently and are expected to work as part of teams to execute tasks that support the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services. The Transportation Planner should have a background in sustainable transportation, excellent written and oral communication skills, quantitative analysis skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public policy, environmental science, or transportation engineering (Master’s degree preferred), with 5+ plus years of full-time work experience in transportation planning and analysis.
