Development & Code Services Technician

The successful candidate will be dedicated, collaborative and perform technical and administrative work by processing code violations and property liens; assisting contractors, developers, and the general public with complaints and questions; providing support to code enforcement officers in investigating citizen complaints regarding nuisance violations; serving as secretary to various boards and commissions; processing plan review and permit applications; processing financial transactions and deposits; and coordinating inspection requests and various other activities with the Utilities department.
