Title: Transportation Planner, Project Delivery Administration, Planning & Sustainability Division, Sustainable Transportation Programs Branch
Description: This position will work within the Freight Program to create plans to manage freight and commercial loading demand. This includes identifying stakeholder concerns and program risks, preparing scopes of work for consultant contracts, developing recommendations for new commercial delivery mitigations, developing cost estimates, setting objectives for long-range work plans, and measuring project progress.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of sustainable transportation best practices.
- Understanding of public administration concepts and practices.
- At least one year of experience in urban and regional transportation policies and planning.
- Degree in Urban Planning preferred.
