Planning Manager

The primary purpose of this section is to assist the public and organizations, including: property owners, developers, surveyors, engineers, business owners, attorneys, real estate brokers, other in-house sections, departments and agencies of every level of government, and all other citizens in their understanding of the local development approval process(es) and the necessary steps required for their specific intended use of a parcel of land through interpretation and application of the local development ordinances. In addition, this individual is required to aid other sections within this department when special projects arise that warrant additional assistance.
